OptionBigBull Trading, LLC, (“we” “us” “OptionBigBull”or “our”) develops training videos (“Training Materials”) for customers wanting to learn about financial markets, Stock and Options trading or investing, Futures trading and general investment concepts. Customers can purchase these training videos via our Web Site (Optionbigbull.com). Some OptionBigBull Services are available to you for free, while others require that you create a User Account and/or pay a Purchase fee or Subscription Fee for access. Access to and use of the Services, whether accessed with or without payment are subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. By subscribing to the Services or creating a User Account, you also agree to the provisions of the OptionBigBull Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. OptionBigBull reserves the right to sell or not to sell any product to any person or company. By creating a User Account, you represent and warrant the information you provide is accurate and complete. You may never use another person’s account or share your User Account with others. Our products are sold directly to individuals only, and not to institutions. For example, an institution may not purchase a single user account and share that user account among multiple employees. If you are an institution, please contact us for bulk pricing with very attractive terms. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your User Account. If you believe your User Account has been breached or used in any unauthorized manner, you must notify a OptionBigBull representative immediately. OptionBigBull is not responsible for any damage or losses caused by unauthorized use of your User Account. You, however, may be responsible to OptionBigBull for any harm OptionBigBull, LLC incurs due to unauthorized use of your OptionBigBull User Account. OptionBigBull offers some services on a subscription fee basis according to the pricing and payment schedule available on our site. Unless we state in writing otherwise, all fees and charges are nonrefundable. You may cancel any Subscription product at any time, however, there will be no refunds for the current month or year in the case of an annual subscription. You will however be able to access the subscription until the end of your period that is paid for. We may change the fees and charges then in effect, however, certain products may have fixed pricing for a given customer as long as they maintain the subscription. If a subscription product is discontinued, you will be eligible for a refund of the unused portion on a pro-rata basis, or be offered an alternative product or service of similar value. Prices of our training products are subject to change at any time at the sole discretion of OptionBigBull.

Copyrights Policy –

 All Training Materials, content, organization, Trademarks or Servicemarks, if any, graphics, design, video and other matters related to or included on the Site are protected under applicable copyright, trademark, patent or other proprietary (including but not limited to intellectual property) rights. The copying, modifying, distributing, transmitting, displaying, selling, licensing, using, publishing or creating derivative works by you of any such matters or any part of the Site, except as expressly allowed by the Agreement, is strictly prohibited. You do not acquire ownership rights to any Content or other materials viewed through the Site. The posting of information or materials on the Site does not constitute a waiver of any right in such information and materials. Sharing our proprietary training content on the Internet and video sites like YouTube or Vimeo, or allowing the illegal transfer through torrent streams is strictly prohibited. OptionBigBull reserves the rights to fully prosecute any infringement of these violations to the fullest extent, as permitted by law. Limited License. By subscribing to the Services, OptionBigBull grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to view the Training Materials. The Training Materials are the sole and exclusive property of OptionBigBull. Nothing herein grants you any ownership rights in the Training Materials. You are not authorized to share these training materials with others or post them anywhere on the Internet. OptionBigBull is an educational website only. All materials, including Course materials, Strategy videos, and Trading alerts are issued for users to better understand how these financial instruments and strategies work. Every effort is taken to simulate a real live market situation and mimic live markets. However, please be advised that all trades, and courses are all done on a Paper Money account ONLY. OptionBigBull does not recommend you buy or sell any security without consulting your financial advisor.

ALL Materials OptionBigBull provides are PROVIDED “AS IS”. OptionBigBull does not warrant that training materials or services provided in connection therewith will meet your requirements or that their operation will be uninterrupted or error-free or that the contents of the training materials are accurate or complete. Optionbigbull makes no warranties, express, implied or arising by custom or trade usage relating to the Training Materials or related services, and without limiting the generality of the foregoing, to the extent permitted by applicable law, specifically disclaims any implied warranties of title, noninfringement, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law. Limitations on liability. In no event shall optionbigbull and/or its affiliates, members, agents, employees, licensors or suppliers be liable for any punitive, consequential, or multiple damages or lost profits or other special, direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including any damages resulting from loss of business arising out of or in connection with the Training Materials or related services, even if Optionbigbull has been previously advised of the possibility of such damages or if such damages were foreseeable. In any event, OptionBigBull aggregate liability for any claim relating to the services shall be limited to the amount you have paid to OptionBigBull for the one month preceding any action filed.

You are responsible for reviewing the OptionBigBull Terms and Conditions as well as the OptionBigBull Privacy Policy in this agreement. If you do not agree to any of the terms above or the Terms and Conditions or Privacy Policy, do not proceed with use of the OptionBigBull web site, the Training Materials, and do not access the Services.

REFUNDS POLICY –

 OptionBigBull has 30-day return policy for any individual course. You will be offered another course that is of equal or lesser value. Proprietary trading methods contain intellectual property and are not refundable. The OptionBigBull strategies are the intellectual property of OptionBigBull. If you purchase these strategies, you agree not to divulge any information about the strategy, including the trade construct, the adjustments and any other information on any website or forum on the Internet.
