Refund Policy

We want you trading with confidence — not stuck holding a course or indicator that wasn't a fit. This page explains exactly how refunds work at OptionBigBull, what's covered, what isn't, and how to request one.
1. The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Most OptionBigBull purchases are backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you decide the product isn't right for you within 30 days of purchase, request a full refund — no quiz, no trial-by-fire.
This applies to:
- One-time course purchases
- Indicator licenses (ThinkorSwim and other proprietary indicators)
- OptionBigBull Pro — first month of a new subscription
- Bundles purchased as a single transaction
The clock starts on the date of purchase, not the date you started watching.
2. How to Request a Refund
- Email support@optionbigbull.com from the address tied to your account, or submit a request via our Contact page.
- Include your order number (in your purchase confirmation email) and the product name.
- Briefly tell us why — not because we'll second-guess you, but because honest feedback helps us improve. One sentence is enough.
We'll process the refund within 5–7 business days. The credit shows up on the same payment method (card or PayPal) used at purchase. Bank posting times vary — typically another 1–3 business days.
3. Subscription Refunds (OptionBigBull Pro)
- Within 30 days of your first sign-up: full refund of the most recent charge, no questions asked.
- After 30 days, on a renewal: we don't pro-rate mid-cycle, but you can cancel any time in your account dashboard and you won't be charged again. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
- Renewal-charge errors (you intended to cancel but a charge slipped through): contact us within 7 days of the charge and we'll refund it.
4. What's Not Refundable
To keep prices honest for everyone, we exclude a small set of edge cases:
- Refund requests after 30 days on the original purchase (subscription renewals are governed by Section 3 above).
- Bundles where individual components have already been substantially consumed — for example, you've watched > 60% of a 10-hour course and downloaded the indicator. We'll review case-by-case but generally can't refund a bundle that's effectively been used.
- Custom services or 1:1 coaching sessions that have already been delivered. If we cancel or fail to deliver, you get a full refund.
- Charges from a payment dispute / chargeback filed before contacting us. Filing a chargeback locks the funds with your bank for weeks and limits what we can do directly. Please email us first — we'd rather just refund you.
5. Indicator Licenses After Refund
When we refund an indicator purchase, your license is revoked. The indicator may stop loading on your charting platform after the next sync, and any remaining premium scan output tied to that license becomes inaccessible. This is an honor-system product — we trust you to remove the indicator from your platform after refund.
6. Pro-Rating, Partial Refunds, and Special Cases
- Price drops: if a product you bought drops in price within 14 days, contact us and we'll refund the difference.
- Major content changes: if a course is materially changed or removed within 90 days of your purchase, we'll work with you on a partial refund or a swap to an equivalent product.
- Founders' specials and lifetime deals: same 30-day guarantee. After 30 days the lifetime price is final.
7. Education vs. Outcome
Important: we refund based on product fit, not trading outcome. We can't refund you because a strategy you learned didn't work in your account — that's how trading works. Course material, indicators, and scans are educational tools; how you apply them, position-size, and manage risk is yours.
That said, if a course has factual errors, a broken indicator, or content that doesn't match the description on the sales page, we want to fix it — please tell us so we can improve, and we'll make it right.
8. Disputes and Chargebacks
If you have a problem with a purchase, please email us first. Filing a chargeback before contacting us:
- Locks the disputed funds with your card issuer for 30–90 days
- May result in your account being suspended pending resolution
- Costs us a non-refundable processing fee that we'd rather not pay
Almost every situation is resolved faster with a single email than with a chargeback.
9. EU / UK Statutory Withdrawal
If you're a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive (subject to certain exceptions for digital content you've started to use). Our 30-day guarantee is more generous than that minimum and applies in addition to your statutory rights.
