Welcome to OptionBigBull ("we," "us," "our"). We're an options trading education platform — courses, indicators, written research, and member resources for self-directed traders. By creating an account, enrolling in a course, purchasing an indicator, or subscribing to OptionBigBull Pro, you agree to these Terms.

If you don't agree, please don't use the service. Read this page in full before purchasing.

1. What OptionBigBull Is — and What It Isn't

OptionBigBull is an education company, not a brokerage, registered investment advisor, financial planner, or commodity trading advisor.

  • We don't manage your money, place trades for you, or have access to your brokerage account.
  • We don't recommend specific securities to specific people based on their personal financial situation.
  • The trade ideas, indicators, scans, and weekly outlooks published on this site are educational examples — they're how we think about markets, not personalized advice.
  • All purchases are between you and OptionBigBull Trading, LLC ("OptionBigBull"). All trades are between you and your broker.

If you need personalized financial planning, talk to a registered investment advisor. If you need tax advice, talk to a CPA.

2. Trading Risk — Read This Carefully

Options trading involves substantial risk and is not appropriate for everyone. Before you trade real money, you must understand and accept that:

  • You can lose 100% of the capital you put into a trade. Long options can expire worthless. Spreads can hit max loss. Naked positions can lose more than the premium collected.
  • Naked option selling carries unlimited risk on the call side and substantial defined-by-strike risk on the put side. Just because a trade has a high probability of profit doesn't mean the loss when it goes wrong is small.
  • Past performance does not predict future results. Backtested or historical results from any indicator, scan, or trade idea on this site are illustrative and could be different in live markets.
  • Your results will not match ours. Slippage, commissions, position sizing, timing, emotional decisions, account size, tax treatment, and a dozen other factors mean two traders running the same playbook end up in different places.
  • You alone are responsible for every trade you place. Read the Characteristics and Risks of Standardized Options (the OCC's "options disclosure document") before trading options. Your broker is required to provide this — do not skip it.

If you can't afford to lose what you're trading, don't trade it. We mean that.

3. Accounts

To access paid courses, indicators, or member-only content, you'll create an account.

  • Provide accurate, current information when you sign up.
  • Keep your password confidential. You're responsible for everything that happens under your account.
  • One account per person. Don't share logins with other traders, friends, family, or colleagues. Indicator licenses and course enrollments are non-transferable.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, especially around shared access, redistribution, or fraud.
  • For team/firm access, contact us — we offer enterprise licensing.

4. Purchases, Subscriptions, and Billing

One-time purchases (individual courses, single indicators) grant lifetime access for the original buyer to the version of the product as delivered, plus reasonable updates.

Subscriptions (e.g., OptionBigBull Pro) renew automatically at the interval and price you agreed to at checkout (monthly or annual). You can cancel any time before the next renewal in your account dashboard or by contacting support; cancellation stops future charges and access ends at the close of the current billing period.

  • All prices are in U.S. dollars.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe; we don't store full card numbers.
  • We may change prices for new purchases or for renewing subscriptions with at least 14 days' notice via email.
  • Failed renewal payments may pause access until the issue is resolved.

5. Refunds

We honor a 30-day money-back guarantee on most purchases. Full details and the few exclusions are on our Refund Policy page — read it before you buy.

6. Course and Indicator Access

After purchase you'll receive credentials and download/streaming access to the course material or indicator.

  • ThinkorSwim and proprietary indicators: licensed for personal, non-commercial use on accounts in your name. You may not resell, repackage, decompile, modify the source/code, or distribute the indicator.
  • Course videos and materials: licensed for personal viewing. No download for redistribution. No public posting on YouTube, Telegram, Discord, course-trading forums, etc.
  • We can revoke access for licensing violations and may pursue legal remedies.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — videos, written lessons, indicator code, scan output, blog posts, market commentary, designs, logos, and code — is owned by OptionBigBull Trading, LLC or our licensors and protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark law.

You may:

  • View, stream, and use content for your own personal trading education
  • Quote brief excerpts with attribution and a link back

You may not:

  • Republish, mirror, or rehost our content
  • Use our content to train or evaluate AI models without written permission
  • Sell or sublicense our content
  • Use OptionBigBull's name, logo, or marks in ways that imply endorsement of your product

8. Acceptable Use

When using OptionBigBull, you agree not to:

  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or auto-extract content from the site
  • Share, post, or sell content covered by Section 7
  • Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another user
  • Use the site for unlawful purposes, market manipulation, or to circumvent any applicable financial regulations
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, or compromise our systems

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

9. Testimonials and Trade Examples

Testimonials reflect a customer's individual experience and aren't typical or guaranteed. Trade examples and case studies on this site are educational illustrations of how a strategy worked (or didn't) in a specific market context. They are not solicitations to buy or sell any security and shouldn't be copied without independent analysis.

10. No Warranties

OptionBigBull is provided "as is" and "as available."

  • We don't warrant that the content is error-free, that the site will always be available, or that any specific market view will prove correct.
  • Real-time data displayed on this site (IV ranks, expected moves, scanner output) is sourced from third parties (Tastytrade, FMP, RSS feeds). We don't guarantee its accuracy.
  • We make no warranty that any course, indicator, or strategy will produce profit or avoid loss in your account.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, OptionBigBull, its officers, members, employees, and affiliates are not liable for:

  • Trading losses you incur using strategies, indicators, ideas, or scans referenced on this site
  • Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunity

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of OptionBigBull is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold OptionBigBull harmless from claims arising out of your use of the service, your trading activity, or your violation of these Terms, including reasonable attorneys' fees.

13. Privacy

Our handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email and/or a notice on the site at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

15. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, payment failures, or as required by law. Upon termination, your right to access paid content ends; sections that by their nature should survive (IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification) survive termination.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You and OptionBigBull agree to resolve disputes individually through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, except either party may bring small-claims actions or seek injunctive relief in court for IP violations. You waive your right to participate in class actions.
